Coconut Porter beer battered jumbo prawns, breaded with
shredded coconut, topped with our mango salas
and served with sweet Thai Aioli.

Wild Mushrooms
Served in an olive oil base with garlic, shallots, and fresh
parley with endive cassis vinegar Lavender honey.
